The service and these terms

Baygus provides tools for live-stream overlays, event-triggered actions, text-to-speech, media playback, music requests and related account services. Creator-support payments and other features are available only where offered and supported. The features and limits of a plan are those shown when you purchase it.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement and meet the age and eligibility requirements of the platforms and payment services you use. If local law permits use with a parent’s or guardian’s authorization, that authorization is required. Do not use an account or connected service on someone else’s behalf without permission.

Your account and connected platforms

Provide accurate account and payment information and keep it up to date. Protect your password, sign-in session, access tokens and private overlay links. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, without losing any rights you have under applicable law regarding fraud or unauthorized payments.

Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your platform accounts, your broadcast and the permissions you grant. Baygus is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, Google, Discord or the other platforms with which it works.

Plans, renewals and cancellation

Prices, currency, billing interval, included features and any applicable charges are presented before purchase. A recurring subscription renews according to the checkout terms until cancelled. A trial or promotional entitlement may have separate duration, verification and usage conditions; it is not a promise of permanent free access.

Manage a subscription through the account or billing controls provided for it, or contact support for assistance. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting TikTok does not cancel billing. Unless your purchase terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, cancelling renewal does not automatically refund charges already incurred. Contact support with your payment reference if a payment is incorrect or you want to request a refund.

Viewer support payments and withdrawals

A payment made to support a creator is separate from a Baygus subscription. Review the recipient, amount, currency and displayed fees before paying. A support payment is not a charitable donation or tax-deductible contribution merely because the interface calls it a donation.

Where withdrawals are offered, available balances may reflect processing fees, holds, refunds and payment disputes. Timing depends on payment settlement, verification, supported payment routes and any relevant review. A pending or displayed balance is not a guarantee of immediate payout. Creators must provide accurate payout information and remain responsible for their own tax obligations. Contact support about mistaken payments or unresolved payment issues.

Your content and permissions

You keep the rights you already have in the content you provide. You must have the permissions needed to upload, import, play, publish or otherwise use videos, music, images, voices and other material. A URL-import tool or an available sound does not give you a copyright licence or permission to bypass a platform’s rules.

You authorize Baygus to store, process and deliver submitted content as needed to run the features you use, including your chosen public overlays and cloud synchronization. Authorized administrators can view synchronized profiles and copy available video-trigger configurations as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content. Paid effect packs and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licence terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Baygus to distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, expose private information, harass others, publish unlawful material or infringe another person’s rights. Do not evade plan or usage limits, share access in a way that defeats those limits, falsify payment information, manipulate rankings with fabricated events or disrupt the service.

Automatic key presses and other desktop actions can affect the game or application that has focus. Configure and test them carefully. You are responsible for observing the rules of the game, platform or anti-cheat system involved. Do not use voice or AI features for deceptive impersonation or use another person’s voice without the necessary permission.

Public listing and activity records

Connecting the app to your linked TikTok account can automatically publish your public profile and app-reported status in the Baygus streamer directory. Aggregated gift and connection statistics can appear in daily, weekly and monthly rankings, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Rankings reflect activity received and recorded by Baygus. They can be incomplete during outages, disconnections or delayed synchronization, and may be corrected when errors or misuse are identified. Coin totals are activity indicators, not a Baygus cash balance or a promise of payment, prizes, income or a particular ranking.

Third-party services and generated output

Connected platforms, payment services, speech providers and AI providers have their own terms and technical requirements. Their availability, permissions or policies can change, and some features may stop working as a result. Baygus cannot control a platform’s decision to restrict your account.

Generated speech and AI responses can be inaccurate, unsuitable or delayed. Review content and choose suitable moderation settings before broadcasting it. You are responsible for the content you decide to publish; using an automated tool does not remove that responsibility.

Availability, updates and limitations

Operation depends on internet access, your computer, streaming software, connected services and compatible app versions. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a fixed reaction time or that every live event will be received. Keep copies of important media and settings; cloud synchronization is not a guarantee of a complete backup.

Updates may be needed for compatibility or security, including to keep remote overlays working. Features may change or be withdrawn. Any rights you have when a paid service is not supplied as agreed, including remedies required by consumer law, remain in force.

Restrictions and ending use

Access may be restricted or suspended where needed to address security risks, non-payment, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, support can explain a restriction and review information you provide; legal or security reasons may limit what can be disclosed.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Cancel an active subscription separately to prevent further renewal. Ending use does not automatically erase outstanding payment obligations, unresolved disputes or records that must be retained. Data handling after account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and statutory rights

Neither these terms nor a service limitation excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Responsibility for a particular loss is assessed under the law that applies; the existence of a third-party dependency does not remove obligations Baygus has under that law.

Nothing here requires you to give up access to courts, regulators or payment-dispute procedures available to you. For a service complaint, contact support with the account name, relevant dates and any transaction reference so the issue can be investigated.

Changes and language versions

The date above identifies this version. Changes to these terms or a paid service are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Publishing revised terms does not by itself override an existing purchase agreement or mandatory rights.

The Azerbaijani, English, Turkish and Russian versions are intended to explain the same terms. If you find a translation discrepancy, contact support for clarification. A translation error does not reduce any protection provided by applicable law.
